“ After collecting our order I found the pizza was not up to the normal high standards, made a phone call to the store and explained the issue, no excuses or arguments and was swiftly dealt with. Manager personally delivered a fresh one despite us collecting before, he wanted to see the issues first hand. The new pizza was fantastic and freshly made, clearly standards and quality are taken seriously by the management and will continue to order from the Dunstable store. Great Service..... ”

But the incorrect order was very fast, they were happy to send out a replacement pizza and this was with me within 25 minutes so also very fast. It was also very fresh and nice. Loads of topping as well, the quality is very good. The prices are extremely good as well. Overall a very good experience, I won’t hold it against them as I understand that no cheese on a pizza is a little different. Will order from here again ”
